I needed that.

I get my hour back tonight. Sweet.

On an unrelated note, I opted for early voting yesterday, as I was afraid the lines at the polls might be so long that I wouldn’t be able to get in and out in time for school on Tuesday. The line at the Board of Elections building stretched out of the building, across the parking lot, and all the way out to the street. The parking lot was full, as were most of the spaces on the streets nearby; I wound up parking under an overpass a couple of blocks away. I took some pictures with my cell phone (I hadn’t thought to bring a real camera), but I’m not sure how to send them to my blog. The Tulsa World has a story if you’re interested.

I have never in my life seen turnout like this. It’s awesome. Whichever way you roll … get out the vote!

  1. I blog with camera pictures all the time. What you do is go into your contact list, create a contact for yourself, and in the “edit” screen there is a spot for email address. Just enter your email, save the contact with email set as the preference for sending messages (instead of house phone, work, cell, etc.) and then you can email the phone picture to yourself, save it to the computer and upload easy as pie! 🙂

  2. Whoops. That’s supposed to read “camera phone pictures,” not “camera pictures.” That probably didn’t make any sense otherwise…you do all that stuff in your phone contact list. Probably should’ve specified there. It’s early…I don’t make much sense until the coffee pot’s been emptied at least once…
